Auckland Regional Migrant Services (ARMS) is carrying out a survey to ensure that newcomers to Auckland can quickly and easily access the right information and assistance, at the right time and in the right way for them.
We are asking Auckland newcomers to please answer a few questions about the kind of settlement information and assistance they received before and since arriving in Auckland. Participants do not have to identify themselves unless they wish to go into a draw for a Westfield voucher, in which case only an email address is required.
The completed surveys will be provided to ARMS and no one else and a compiled summary of the information will be used to help the Auckland Regional Settlement Steering Group identify key areas of improvement needed for settlement information for newcomers to Auckland.
